The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the bid to the lowest and/or best bidder. Buses must meet and/or exceed the State & Federal Minimum Requirements for School Buses, in effect for date of manufacture. To facilitate a comparison of all brands of school buses being bid, all bids must be submitted on this form, with exceptions to specifications listed on a separate page, if required.
