A Framework for the Future of Ada City Schools
The Ada City School District is more diverse than ever before. Understanding and acknowledging this fact is of critical importance as we begin to develop our strategic plan. It is imperative that those who are involved in this process reflect the social, economic, ethnic, and cultural composition of the students and families of this district. That is why I am encouraging each of you to join us as we begin to plan for the future of Ada City Schools.
By completing this survey and participating in the community forums that are scheduled to occur over the next few weeks, you will provide critical information and data that will guide us throughout the strategic planning process. Committees comprised of all district stakeholders (Parents, Teachers, Students, Community Members etc.) will then begin the task of using the data collected to identify our core beliefs, set goals, and to create the strategic plan.
My hope is that each of you understands the important role you play in educating our kids. We cannot do this alone. Every partnership and relationship that is built as we move forward will prove to be a key component in our efforts to make the Ada City School District the very best it can be.
